About Us
The National Association for Professionals & Skill Certification Council (NAPSCC) is a not-for-profit, mission-driven NGO dedicated to empowering women, youth, and underserved communities through education, skill development, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and community development, guided by the belief that social equity, economic dignity, and national development begin with access to education and skills. NAPSCC works collaboratively with communities, educational institutions, training partners, industries, donors, CSR partners, philanthropists, and government bodies to build a people-centred, inclusive education–skills–careers ecosystem, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and national development priorities.
NAPSCC addresses gaps in employability, professional skills, and career access by enabling inclusive learning pathways, vocational and professional training, ethical certification, scholarships, and sustained career handholding through various Professionals Associations initiatives ensuring that no individual is left behind due to gender, socio-economic background, or geography.
